All of our fields and orchards are all located in Türkiye, including areas of the Mediterranean Basin, where natural farming practices have been passed from generation to generation. Here’s a unique point of difference: In Türkiye, fences are not allowed on farm land, whether cultivated or wild, so that the natural ecosystems (livestock and plants) can interact as nature intended.

After our ingredients are grown and harvested on the farm, they’re pasteurized and packaged with the same trusted partner. This means we have a direct line of sight into each stage of production. Instead of a complicated network, our supply chain is a simple, straight line – soil to spoon.
